Wardrop Engineering

The Senior Vice President of Wardrop Engineering, a firm honored as one of the 20 "Best Employers in Canada," asked Sullivan Walsh to facilitate joint strategy sessions between Wardrop and its largest client. SWA conducted interviews with key decision-makers from both firms, analyzed the relationship, led strategy sessions, and prepared an action plan for improving Wardrop's service model. The strategy sessions were so successful that Wardrop engaged Sullivan Walsh to lead similar sessions between Wardrop and its two next-largest clients. Ultimately, Sullivan Walsh helped Wardrop to revitalize client relationships that accounted for approximately $80 million in annual revenue.
