Sullivan Walsh managed the HR side of "Project Breakthrough," Keebler's largest-ever reengineering effort. This initiative consolidated Keebler's sales and distribution processes and introduced new technology to improve sales. Working closely with Boston Consulting Group and AT Kearney, we translated the project goals into a practical plan. Project Breakthrough was an enormous success, and Keebler was acquired for a premium price shortly afterward.
