After reengineering the selling process and coordinating activities between Inside Sales and Outside Sales, Sullivan Walsh took on the key role of building ESAB's Inside Sales organization. We defined the hiring profile for each position, developed selection tools, and personally interviewed every pre-screened candidate. As partners during a pilot phase, we helped the company fill twelve positions. The pilot contributed a profit increase of over $8 million, and turnover in the first year was zero percent among Inside Sales Representatives.
