The President of Duplex Products brought Sullivan Walsh onboard to assist with a variety of performance improvement issues. Our consultants worked with the executive team to redesign the corporate and sales compensation plans, introduce "pay for skill" in the company's twelve production facilities, and recruit enough sales representatives to increase the size of the sales force by 25%. The performance improvement initiatives were highly successful, causing the value of the company to increase significantly. Not long after our work was completed, Reynolds & Reynolds acquired Duplex Products at a price favorable to the owners of Duplex.
