Using our proprietary methodology for clarifying roles, we redefined all of the bank's key positions. Then, with role clarity as our foundation, we developed a performance management system that supported effective strategy execution. With 17,000 employees operating under the new performance management system, BCP enjoyed its most profitable year in company history.
