Getting started is a three-step process:
- Call or email Dean Walsh. During our initial conversation, you’ll provide a brief overview of your performance improvement challenges or opportunities.
- Based on your inquiry, we will gather information related to your topic(s) of interest. Chances are, we have completed a project, conducted research, written a paper, or hosted a best practices roundtable that will provide helpful insights. If not, we will conduct original research and provide you with a briefing.
- We will conduct a follow-up meeting. We will learn more about your situation and opportunities, offer preliminary insights and ideas based on our research and past experiences, and describe in detail our consulting methodology.
From our initial conversations, you will be able to determine whether it makes sense for us to work together. In any case, you will gain helpful insights for addressing your current challenges and taking advantage of your current opportunities.
